About Me

Hi there, I’m Stephenie and I’m so happy you’re here!

I am a single mother of 3 children and have lived in Orange County all my life. I worked as a Behavior Analyst for over 10 years and have worked with neurotypical and neurodivergent children and their families for over 20 years. Since I was young, I have had a passion for kids and understanding their world. After having children of my own and going through my own challenges and healing journey, I have come to realize how many families are getting by in this life without the resources and support they truly need. With the added trauma of COVID-19 and an increase in anxiety traits in youth, I see a greater need for support for families. While my background is working with neurodivergent youth, I have recognized that so many parents are looking for help with behaviors in the home and do not know where to go.

My hope is that I can come along side of you as the parent, see you and your child through a different lens that perhaps you are unable to see at this time. Provide you with tools, techniques and experiences that help grow you closer to each other and decrease the amount of time spent on melt downs and blow ups. I must be honest; I am not the perfect parent (spoiler alert: No one is). I yell at my kids; I go against my word and I mess up. But I also provide space and grace to recognize that I am human, I make mistakes and so do you. I have learned how to own my mistakes, apologize and do re-dos when needed.

Unfortunately, children were not born with manuals. If they were, each child would have their unique guide and it would change continuously. If you are at that place where you just need someone to come in with a new perspective to offer hope, guidance and support I would love to work with you. Lastly, it is important to say that I am not the right fit for every family. If I do not believe I have the skill set that your family needs, I will work with you to find potential referrals. I am honored to be part of your parenting journey and to support you along the way.
